Exchange Policy

My exchange policy is pretty simple. My primary concern is that you are happy with your artwork.

I make every effort to ship artwork so it arrives undamaged. However, if your print was damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage to the package and the print, and email it to john.matthews.art@gmail.com with a description of the damage. Exchanges will only be made if your print was damaged in shipping. Your new print will be shipped to you free of charge.

Return Policy

You may return your artwork within three (3) days after your print was delivered. No returns will be allowed afterward. You are responsible for paying all shipping expenses and for packaging the returned print in such a way that it is not damaged during return shipping. No refund will be allowed if the returned print is damaged during shipping. You are responsible for providing a shipment tracking number and insuring the shipment of the returned print. Once I receive the returned print in good condition I will credit the account used to pay for the print. “Good condition” means that the returned print is in like-new condition, free of wrinkles, tears, and any blemish.
